2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the QRHQ website, web application, API endpoints, or QR code redirection infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the services.

Unlike deceptive industry practices that hold printed physical QR codes hostage after free trial periods, QRHQ commits to transparent, ethical software:

• Static Vector QR Codes: Generated static QR codes encode data directly into the matrix and remain functional indefinitely without dependence on our servers, free of charge.
• Dynamic QR Codes: Subscribed active accounts enjoy permanent, real-time editable destination routing through our global Anycast edge network.
• No Phishing or Extortion Interstitials: We will never replace your destination URLs with advertising, phishing popups, or hostage ransom banners.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access dynamic QR management, studio branding assets, and analytics telemetry, you may create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and password gating tokens. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use QRHQ for any unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or deceptive activity. Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to:

• Distributing malware, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or malicious binaries.
• Creating phishing links mimicking financial institutions, email providers, or identity services.
• Routing traffic to illegal content, explicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or terrorist propaganda.
• Engaging in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or automated scraping that disrupts our edge network.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any link or account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property & Vector Assets

You retain 100% full ownership of all custom logos, images, menu PDFs, contact cards, and trademarks you upload to QRHQ. All vector output files (SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG) generated by you using our studio are your property for commercial or personal printing.

7. Subscription Billing, Upgrades & Cancellation

Pro Dynamic and Agency plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the paid billing cycle.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

QRHQ is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target on our global Anycast edge network, Intuitix Nexis Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, print errors, or third-party network outages.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
