Question 1

Can I change the destination of a QR code after printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With QRHQ Dynamic QR codes, you can change the target URL, PDF menu, or landing page anytime in your dashboard without changing or reprinting the physical QR code.

Question 2

Do QRHQ QR codes ever expire or get held hostage?

Accepted Answer

No. QRHQ operates on a strict Zero-Hostage Guarantee. Unlike legacy QR providers that deactivate your printed codes after a 14-day trial, QRHQ ensures your codes remain permanently active and accessible.

Question 3

What file formats can I download for professional printing?

Accepted Answer

QRHQ provides mathematical 300 DPI vector formats including SVG, EPS, and high-resolution PNG (up to 2048px). Vector files can be scaled to any size for billboards, packaging, and table tents without pixelation.

Question 4

How does center logo error correction work?

Accepted Answer

When you embed a logo or brand icon into a QR code, QRHQ automatically enforces Error Correction Level H (30% redundancy). This guarantees that smartphone cameras scan the code instantly even with a prominent center logo.

Question 5

How fast is QRHQ dynamic redirection?

Accepted Answer

QRHQ redirects through a global Anycast Edge network with edge KV routing, delivering near-instant sub-5ms redirection worldwide so your visitors never experience loading delays.
